Password Policy

As part of our commitment to you, our customer, and ensuring your personal information is protected against potential cyber security attacks we are changing all password requirements for logging into your account. Passwords are particularly easy for attackers to get hold of by mainly using software to 'guess' passwords through brute force.

To ensure we protect you we ask that you create a new strong password that:

  • Contains both uppercase and lowercase characters (e.g., a-z and A-Z).
  • Contains digits and punctuation characters (e.g., 0-9 and !@#$%^&*).
  • Does not contain your personal or company information/names, etc.
  • Is at least 8-12 alphanumeric characters long.
  • Accounts shall be locked after 3 failed login attempts within 30 minutes and shall remain locked for at least 30 minutes or until the System Administrator unlocks the account.

The new password management comes in effect first thing Monday 11th April 2022. You will be prompted to reset your password and all the strong password rules will apply.
